JOB DESCRIPTION/ MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Your job at Broadcast Communications:
- Create and design various materials for digital communications (mostly), print and website (social media graphics, online Ads, websites, landingpage, including Poster, brochures, Flyers, event Promotion, catalogs, etc.), with a great sense of understanding with layout, color, and typography that satisfies a creative brief
- Design CIP, product packaging (including box artwork, instruction manual, labels, etc.), ensuring packaging is functionally viable, visually appealing
- Illustrate concept by designing rough layout & sketch video’s story board
- Collaborate with Creative, Account, Content team and other teams to define requirements, develop design solutions, and ensure that all designs align with the brand image, visual objectivesBrainstorm and discuss with related teams to create conceptualizing creative ideas. Visualize ideas into an appealing presentation deck
Công việc chính của bạn tại công ty bao gồm:
- Thiết kế chính cho các ấn phẩm truyền thông trên mạng xã hội (chủ yếu), báo chí, trang web (bao gồm (social media graphics, online Ads, websites, landingpage, including Poster, brochures, Flyers, event Promotion, catalogs, vv,..)
- Thiết kế bộ nhận diện thương hiệu, bao bì sản phẩm, có kinh nghiệm về việc sử dụng chất liệu in ấn là 1 lợi thế.
- Có khả năng minh họa concept nhanh, lên story board cho video.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận Account, Creative, Content và các bộ phận khác để lên ý tưởng và thiết kế theo đúng concept và đảm bảo brand guideline
- Tham gia vào quá trình brainstorming ý tưởng và visualize các ý tưởng để làm proposal.
JOD REQUIREMENT/ AI LÀ ỨNG VIÊN PHÙ HỢP?
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design; Good knowledge of Creative and Graphic design, Creative thinking.
- Experience with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design. Sketch is a plus
- Planning & Organizing Skill; Presentation Skill; Time Management Skill; Problem solving skill; Communication Skill, Teamwork Skill
- Having ability to manage a photoshoot, use video editing software is a plus.
- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực thiết kế. Tư duy sáng tạo. Có kinh nghiệm làm việc ở Digital Agency là một lợi thế.
- Chuyên môn: Thiết kế đồ họa. Thành thạo các phần mềm hỗ trợ thiết kế đồ họa của Adobe và Corel (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW...), biết vẽ minh họa là một lợi thế
- Có kỹ năng sắp xếp công việc, quản lý thời gian, xử lí vấn đề nhanh, giao tiếp tốt, có khả năng làm việc độc lập và làm việc theo nhóm tốt.
- Biết chụp hình và sử dụng các phần mềm chỉnh sửa video là một lợi thế.

- Working time: 8h30 – 17h30 (Monday to Friday)
- Salary: Negotiate
