Back to 2010, Acer had difficulty to keep its loyal customers. The fast growth of social media made the company face more speedily negative comments. While Acer put its efforts into new technology and new products design, Broadcast Communications developed the trusted campaign for Acer to gain its reputation back.

Trusted campaign was Acer’s big commitment into delivering good products with excellent services. It stated that Acer was not only selling devices, the company also listened to its clients and worked with the best team and trusted partners to bring to market affordable masterpieces.

THE POWER OF SMILES

Inspiring positive stories of 25 celebrities and many people including those who remarked their social public recognition internationally (e.g Donald Trump, Jackie Chan, Jessica Simpson and Jay Manuel) to accomplish the Book.
Eventually, "The Power of Smiles" had delivered 3,000 copies to many countries and supported the campaign to raise more than 100,000 USD for OS free-help.   
 
Our CEO, Melissa Ho and the company co-led this project with Operation Smiles, a worldwide children's charity organization that helps treat facial deformities and Novaland, a real estate developer.

Walk for Smiles was the non-profit campaign to raised 100,000 USD to help underprivileged children to repair their cleft lips and cleft palates. More than 30 celebrities, thousands of enterprises and volunteers joined the campaign

“Letters to Santa Claus” aimed to cheer up privileges kids of “Ga Sai Gon” orphanage on Xmas day. We collected the letters, prepared gifts and activities of Xmas night.

It was Melissa Ho’s social project to encourage sharing connection between Mom and kids in the modern lifestyle living. “Sweet moments” and “I love you, Mom” online platforms are part of the campaign.

EARTH HOUR WITH DELL AND INTEL

In response to the appeal of saving electricity and protect the environment, Intel and Dell Vietnam called for fans’ participation.

The invitation was sent to over 100.000 members. A small offline to celebrate fan’s birthday with candles was held at coffee in Saigon. Dell’s community was the strongest one with lots of useful and exciting activities.
